Anibal Sacco

Anibal Sacco is an information security professional. Former Sr Exploit Writer and Reverse Engineer at CORE Security Technologies.He has been researching vulnerabilities and developing exploits for Windows, OS X and Linux for 8 years. Focusing first in low-level vulnerabilities and rootkit development, and moving later to firmware/embedded devices.

His main interests are: Reverse engineering, vulnerability research, network security, malware analysis, fuzzing and embedded devices.

As researcher, he has talked in some of the most important security conferences like Black Hat, CanSecWest, SyScan Ekoparty and EUSecWest and published some technical articles on the very know Phrack Magazine and (IN)SECURE Magazine.

He also loves to apply some obscure ninjutsu ass-kicking moves to understand and improve any kind of firmwares found out there. And enjoys origami, too.

For the non-geek area, he has a great passion for music. He studies electric/upright bass & music theory.
